Does the total include taxes & fees?
Yes, the total includes taxes, the cleaning fee and processing fee.
How do I place a reservation?
You can book online with auto book, you can call us or send an email.
How much is the deposit to reserve a home?
A 20% deposit is due a t the time of booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
What is my check in and check out times?
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. These are strictly enforced.
What is required at check out?
Upon check out, we kindly ask that you remove all sheets and linens from beds, and used towels from bathrooms, leaving these in the laundry room area. Please also empty all trash into the receptacles outside of the home.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each of our homes has their own change/cancellation policy. See Individual terms and conditions.
What are your hours of operation?
Regular office hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. If you are calling after these hours, please leave us a message and we will return your call in a timely manner.
What should we do if we have an issue with the home?
During regular business hours you may call us toll fee and speak directly to one of our team members. All issues will be documented and addressed in a timely manner. To ensure your piece of mind, we additionally have a representative on call 24/7 at 407-890-5237 for after hour emergencies only. Please call and leave a voice mail if no answer and your call will be returned in a prompt manner.
What are some of the features of my vacation home?
Each Vacation Home comes complete with comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, mop, broom, vacuum, iron and iron board, hair dryers, free local and long distance calling, high speed waif, cable tv, full size washer and dryer, alarm clocks, complimentary starter soap packages, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom and a trash bag.
Do I need to pay for pool heat to have the spa heated?
Yes, if you would like the spa/pool heated you will need to order pool heat with your reservation. A spa is not able to be heated on its own. There is no option to heat just the spa, since it’s all the same water.
How hot will my pool be if I purchase pool heat?
When pool heat is chosen for your home, the pool and spa will be heated to a temperature of 87-89 degrees Fahrenheit. When the guest then turns on the spa mode, the system will automatically adjust the valves so that the water from the spa is returned back to the spa and not the pool. This bypasses the pool, and so the spa will be heated up to a temperature of 94-102 Fahrenheit. If left in spa mode, the pool will not receive any heated water, thus leaving it to cool.
What do I need to bring on vacation?
We provide linens and towels, a starter set of dish soap, trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 roll paper towels. It is the guest’s responsibility to replenish them. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc… are not provided and must be supplied by the guest.
Are pets allowed?
We have a strict no pet policy in all of our vacation homes. Those found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum $500 fee.
Is smoking permitted?
All of our homes are non-smoking. Those found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum $500 fee.
Are the properties cleaned daily?
No, we do not have a daily cleaning service. All of our homes undergo a cleaning process prior to and after your stay. However, during your stay our cleaning staff will not enter the home. Homes are equipped with a mop, bucket, and vacuum to help keep things tidy. A mid-stay clean can be arranged at an additional cost to the guest.
Can I make payments towards my reservation?
Yes, after your initial 20% deposit, you can make payments up until 30 days prior to the check in date.
How do I manage my reservation?
You can login into your guest portal online, a secure way to access your information.
Is parking available for multiple cars, RV’s, buses, trailers?
Most communities have very limited parking. Please contact your reservation specialist to inquire about parking availability in your community.
